If you’re on the Care & Continuity plan, hosting and domain renewal are handled forever — you never worry about it. If you’re not, we’ll send you a friendly reminder and you can renew with us at our cost (around $50/month) or migrate elsewhere — your choice. We don’t hold your site hostage.
Yes. With Care & Continuity, unlimited changes are included with a 48-hour turnaround — just email or text us. Without the plan, we charge a small fee per change (typically $50–$100 depending on complexity). Most clients choose Care & Continuity for peace of mind.
We work with you until you love it. Our process includes a review step where we walk through the finished site together and revise anything you want changed — wording, colors, photos, layout. Most clients are happy after 1-2 rounds of revisions.
